4. No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of transcriptions or AI-generated summaries.
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.
• That the Service will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.

AI-generated content (insight cards, summaries, action items) is produced by language models and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should not rely on AI-generated content as a sole record of any conversation or as professional, legal, or medical advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
